New things...

Grady spent his snow days productively...

He learned to climb on the hearth and apparently is trying to make sure Santa has clear access to the house.

ALSO, after experimenting with lunging forward a step or two the past couple weeks, tonight he took three tentative, yet very deliberate steps.

GO, GRADY, GO!!

Halloween!

Grady enjoyed his first Halloween. Or at least, enjoyed it as much as could be expected for a 9.5 month old who doesn't eat candy, "get" the whole costume-thing, etc...

Skeleton pajamas!

An unruly little elephant, being contained by Grandmom...

Mobility!

Grady's officially on the move. He's mastered crawling for a while now. He likes to hide behind the curtains in the living room. His own secret (sort of) fort.

The back door.

One of Grady's favorite things is looking out the back sliding door. Banging away. Spotting squirrels for T. Trying to get birds to visit him. Trying to slide the door open and escape. You know. The usual.

Grady and the dogs

We're very thankful that the dogs are getting along swimmingly with Grady. Jasmine is still standoffish at times, but will walk away rather than confront Grady at all. T, on the other hand, is more tolerant than I ever thought possible. Grady uses him to lean on, crawls over him, pokes his legs, tries to "pet" his eyes... We're working on being gentle, but in the meantime, T is awesome with him. Literally a gentle giant.

Jasmine has shinies.

The gang's all here.

And in the center ring, T the wonder dog!

Ooooooh. T has shinies, too!

Good boy, T.

Checking out the back yard with Jasmine...

...and with T.

Not just for cats...

Baby model.

Now, I've seen Chloe work this thing...

Hmm. Something's not quite right...

Hi, Mom. I'm not up to anything not good. I promise.

Maybe Chloe will help me out.

Oley Valley Fair

Fun at the Oley Valley Fair in Oley, PA!

Animals make me drool...

Where are the sheep? WHERE ARE THE SHEEP?

I WAS TOLD THERE WOULD BE ANIMALS!

Oh. Now I see.

Here, sheepy, sheepy, sheepy... So fuzzy.

Apple wagon wheels!!

APPLE WAGON WHEELS!!

Where'd it go?

One more bite?

Sticky fingers! Need a wipe!!

It's dark, but funny...he's a strong little guy!

And in a little better light...

Washington Vacation!

We had a great time in August visiting Washington! We went to Rochester, Seattle, and Vashon Island. Random assorted pictures (I've got a squirming kiddo on my lap and I'm out of excuses for not updating the blog).

Cousin Daniel loves Cousin Grady!

Grady's first stick (and yes, it did make it all the way to Hanover...)

The boys.

Sliding at Green Lake Park.

First swing.

Getting ready for the walk to the park.

Chilling with Cousin Daniel.

On the plane!

Better late than never, eh?
